Aaron Cooley
Owner and Production Manager
Aaron leads our estimating team, while also ensuring project success throughout production. He assists you, the homeowner, every step of the way to make sure that expectations are being met so that we get you into your newly designed space as quickly as possible.
Aaron comes from a long background in construction including masonry, framing, trim carpentry, and roofing. He holds a degree in Construction Technology, an ICC certificate, and licenses in building departments across Colorado.
Dylan Heitsmith
Senior Project Manager
A Colorado native and former college athlete, Dylan’s communication and direction push our team to be effective and efficient. In his off hours he spends time with his wife and newborn daughter Ophelia.
Dylan is responsible for day-to-day operations on job sites. He works hard to ensure every expectation is met or exceeded.
Sean Fanning
Project Manager and Social Media Manager
Sean has many years experience in construction, with a focus in remodels. His hands-on approach to management makes every project he is part of move quickly.
Sean is responsible for day-to-day operations on job sites. He ensures that all information and materials are on site and work is being completed to keep the project on time.
Chase Allen
Project Manager
Chase is a veteran of the United States Army and has a long history of strong work ethic and charisma. Chase is the best of us.
Peter Rosis
Project Manager
Peter has years of experience in restaurant management, working as a chef, menu developer, general operations manager, and team leader. He brings positive energy and a smile to every job.
Courtney Cooley
Accounting and Operations Manager
Courtney has worked in a variety of industries including SaaS, engineering, finance, non-profit, and consulting and is a published author and editor.
In this role, she is responsible for accounts management and HR among other day-to-day operational tasks. We could not do this without Courtney.
