PLAN.

We work hand in hand with a team of designers, engineers, and architects to tailor-make a set of plans that illustrate your vision for the project. These plans are essential for the building process. They define what the scope of work will be so we can precisely create an estimate of costs. They also help us with permitting and provide clarity and direction for the team and for you, the homeowner, during construction.

BUDGET.

Once your design is complete, it’s time to make sure we hit the mark for your budget!

We build our estimate using the design plans, which ensures we cover every aspect of the project. This level of detail helps us provide an incredibly accurate estimate right out of the gate.

Once we have an initial proposal ready, we sit down together to walk you through the numbers. We’re really good at finding creative ways to save money to fit your desired budget and this is when we get to explore those areas. If we have revisions, we complete those and continue to meet until you’re happy with the proposed amount. From there, we assign a start date (typically 1 to 2 weeks out).

BUILD.

We’re through the design and numbers side, now we’re ready to break ground!

All the pre-planning we’ve done together so far is invaluable and will make for a successful project.

Our next step is to submit plans to the city you live in and while we wait for the necessary approvals, you get to meet our excellent Production Team. These are the experienced craftsmen we’ve been working with for years and are the reason we’re the best.

From demo through framing and roughs into finishes and finalizing your project, we keep communication open and make sure you’re involved every step of the way.

Your project manager stays in touch with you directly, walks with you on the project, and provides daily logs with real-time status updates. You also have access to a Homeowner Portal through our project management software (BuilderTrend) where you can track the schedule, view daily logs, access project documents, and more. This is to make sure you always know what’s happening and what’s next.

Once your project is complete, we’re still here for you! Our two-year warranty ensures you’re protected as you get settled into your new space.
